Drop-Off Info

Drop It Off In Store

No appointment needed for regular drop-off. Bring your laundry to the counter, add care notes, and our team will wash with environmentally friendly detergents, dry with care, fold neatly, and bag it for pickup.

1Bring your laundry to the Clean Threads counter.
No appointment is needed. Bring your bagged laundry to our Simi Valley store and an attendant will help you get started.
2Tell us any preferences or care notes before we start.
Let us know about detergent preferences, fragrance sensitivity, stain concerns, drying preferences, or items that should be kept separate.
3We wash, dry, fold, and bag everything neatly.
Our team uses environmentally friendly detergents, dries with care, folds everything into neat, closet-ready bundles, and pairs the socks.
4We text or call when your order is ready for pickup.
We will contact you using the information provided at drop-off, then you can pick up during store hours or wait for your scheduled delivery.

Pickup and delivery orders have a 15 lb minimum for regular clothing. Comforters and specialty items have a $35 minimum. We cannot process dry-clean only, heavily soiled, or infested items. All items are washed together unless you separate them at drop-off.

Pickup & Delivery Areas

Simi Valley pickup is $2.25/lb. Other pickup and delivery routes are $2.50/lb, with a 15 lb minimum for regular clothing.
